Outlook provides services that support you to achieve your goals and aspirations.
Our diverse range of services and opportunities are delivered according to your needs, not ours. We work with you to create a future built around your choices.

Our services and plan of support change with you, as your goals and needs change over time.

You can be involved in Outlook's:

  • Steps to Employment
    Focus on supporting you to become work ready or go on to further training
  • Steps to Independence
    Outlook's Steps to Independence supports you to become more independent and involved in your community.
  • Steps to Participation
    Supports you to achieve your goals in the community including recreational and leisure activities, participating in groups or achieving an individual goal.

Who is eligible?

People with a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to take part in everyday activities and have access to DHS funding or self fund support

Outlook currently provides a full range of services in the Casey Cardinia area and will expand our Supported Employment and School transition and support program “Steps to Employment”  to other select regions commencing July 2016 With the rollout of the NDIS we will work closely with people to assist them in determining their needs and provide assistance and services that meet their individual goals.

We work with you to achieve your goals in many areas.

  • Enjoy your community and the facilities on offer
  • Travel independently
  • Learn new skills
  • Go on a holiday
  • Join in recreation and leisure activity such as go kart racing, ice skating or going to see a band
  • Find a job! Our Steps to Employment Program prepares school leavers for employment.
  • We also offer Supported Employment opportunities.
  • Our specialist agency Outlook Employment, assists job seekers find work in the open (mainstream) workforce.
